كيكة الرهش ( الحلاوة الطحينية ) / halva cake

المقادير:

علبة كيك أبيض ( بيتي كروكز).
4 بيضات .
كوب حليب.
كوب رهش ( حلاوة طحينية).
علبة قشطة.
ملعقة صغيرة كل من ( فانيليا ، هيل، زعفران).
( تلاحظون أن المقادير خالية من الزيت والسكر، لأنها موجودة في الرهش).
للتزيين : صلصة التوفي  .

Ingredients:

(Just as the picture).

Box white cake (Betty Krcz).

4 eggs.

Cup of milk.

Rhish cup (halva).

Pack cream.

Teaspoon each of the (vanilla, cardamom, saffron).

For garnish: sauce toffee.

الطريقة :
تخلط جميع المقادير ما عدا علبة الكيك ، وبعد أن تمتزج جيدا يضاف خليط الكيك الباودر تدريجيا .
يصب الخليط في صينية مدهونة بالزيت ومرشوشة بالطحين .
تدخل إلى فرن ساخن مسبقا  على درجة 180 .
تترك حوالي 45 دقيقة أو حتى نضوجها.
يصب عليها صلصة التوفي وتزين بأي طريقة مفضلة .

Mix all ingredients except the cake box, and after that well mixed add Albaodr cake mix gradually.

Pour mixture into a greased tray sprayed with oil and flour.

Entering the pre-heated oven on the degree of 180.

Leave about 45 minutes or until maturity.

كنت أسعى لإلتقاط صور أجمل ، وقمت بالذهاب للمارينا مرتين خصيصا لإلتقاط صور أكثر وضوحا ، لكن لأن محلات الماركات تقع في مكان مظلم نسبيا ، بالإضافة إلى قرب المحلات من بعضها  وانعكاس صور المحل المقابل للأسف .
I wanted to take the most beautiful pictures,so i went to Marina mall twice specifically to capture clearer images, but because the  brands shops located in a relatively dark area, as well as the shops are close to eachothers so the reflection of some of the images get  in front of the display.
